ON A PERSONAL NOTEWe entered our professional careers as midwives wanting to make a difference to women in their pregnancy journey and birth experience. We feel that the current health care model lacks adequate support and resources to provide women with the tools and techniques for women to best take care of themselves, physically and emotionally during pregnancy. We aim to fill that gap and empower women with adequate support and direction to nurture and nourish themselves, their growing family and their baby.
